Sandton Absa Bad attitude and *********** manager...All I want is to close my account

My bank charges normally goes off on the 25th of every month, I went to close the account last month and was told i cant due to some transactions are pending, so i could only get time to go to the bank today, when i get to Sandton branch, I'm being told that i must pay R220 before they can close bank account, beside that the branch manager who was called was full of attitude, she couldn't assist beside telling me that i must, pay for what while my account is not on negative, i came to the branch to close the account as I couldn't downgrade to savings but i get such a rude, *********** manager by the name of Kgothatso Sithole, she's costing the bank that girl, i came to close the account and open savings again but due to such bad attitude and making me feel like i'm the idiot, ABSA i want to close my account, the charges will keep on incurring hence i went to the branch before the 25th but I'm expected to pay such alot of money, this is ridiculous, today its the 22, I'm not paying any money, ABSA close my account, my current balance as i type this email is R19.68, i think you must get another manager, that lady is *********** and lack management s****s, all i want is to close my account
