Same problem over and over

Very disappointing

I was a reward 5 member. 1st April they put me in tier 4. I complianed and after waiting for 15 days put my review here. They rectified Again this month they put me back in the same. I complianed on the 2nd MAY Called them 14th May. THEY ARE STILL ON THE PROCESS....with todays IT environment they cannt solve a sw gitch for 15 days.

FURTHER, absa rewards travel sells ticket way higher price(and don't givee other options) from travelstart. Doesn't really make sense
