I would like to take a moment to recognise and thank Sambulo Hadebe from Absa Virtual Banking for the exceptional service I received while setting up my daughter’s Mega U account.

The process took some time because I did not have all the documents needed at first, and there were a few delays along the way due to system issues. Despite this, Sambulo always kept me informed and made sure to follow up. I really appreciated the consistent communication and the effort to ensure everything was properly sorted out.

What stood out the most was the willingness to go the extra mile. When we noticed a small charge on the account that we didn’t understand, Sambulo immediately investigated it and explained it to me. That level of care and attention to detail made a big difference.
