Salary schedule not being sent

Hi ABSA

I'm realy sad I've been waiting for my salary schedule from the last week I've received my salary schedules from my previous companies and it didn't even take them so long to send it to me only a few hours, the staff is so *********** I have a case number I've been sending emails everyday nobody knows about the turnaround time I told HR that I will need to send the documents in to the labour department by monday 14 September 2020 the response was they need to take the documents for stamping exactly how long does it take to stamp a document now I feel like I'm being ignored. Can someone treat this as an urgent request.
