Safety being jeopardized

About two weeks ago while load shedding was taking place, a vehicle drove into our gate. Damaging the gate as well as the our gate's motor. We placed a claim with ABSA and got the case number from the police station as requested. ABSA responded by sending someone to repair the gate at our premises. But while the repairs took place, they damaged the electrical fencing. The gate's bell is also out of service. We called ABSA reporting the damages several times but no one responded to any of the calls. At the moment, we are struggling with safety regarding our home. We can't switch on the electrical fencing and we have to open the gate by hand. Any one can access our premises at any time of the day.

ABSA was quickly to assist with the gate's repair but the job's not finished and we are left with a job half done - one that can cost our SAFETY! ABSA - please assist us.
