****SA BANK - bunch of *****

I am seriously considering changing banks, This is the worst bank ever. DO NOT USE ABSA BANK......

I have a debit order set for the 25th of every month which is my pay date. ABSA tries to retrieve the money on the 24th.... Now due to unsuccessful collection I get charged a fee of R150.00 for no money in account. I query this with ABSA and I get told this is how there system is. I have arrears and paying a reduced instalment, because of this they cannot reverse the admin charges.... utter BS, Not my fault their system is flawed. ABSA does not care about its customers.

Last month (29/06/2021)I upped my instalment due from R600.0 to R800.00. I was told that the R600.00 debit order would be cancelled and new instalment of R800.00 would be loaded. Now this month 25/07/21 both debit orders were taken. ABSA lies, cheats and *****s from its customers. The call center is completely useless as well. Nothing can get down as no one is willing to assist. Now I have to go into the branch and fight for what is right. I am leaving ABSA and going else where.
