Can anyone advise me how long it takes to get a reply after sending email to ********** to change from phone number to email for otp numbers. I have send 3 emails already and just get auto reply saying its forwarded to a consultant who will calle back but that does not happen. Being offs**** on a ship i have limited internet and no phone signal so do need the otp urgently changed. I asked at absa branch before leaving sa and they said just send a mail its quick,but obvioulsy its not. having acounts at other banks as well absa is becoming the worst bank by far.
