RVN to email option !
Hi
I am desperately trying to change the rvn sending to my email rather than my phone. My cell number has changed since I opened the account many years ago. I've tried numerous times calling the bank, helplines and all they say is to contact rvn forensics which I did by email. I've had no response thus far and I need to use my online account urgently. Please respond !
