Russell Edwards is by far the best employee at ABSA branch!

My name is Shanse Weyers, owner of SM Global. I met Russell Edwards a while ago when he was still a branch manager at ABSA branch Irene Village Mall. I would like to take a moment to thank him for his phenomenal customer service. From the day we met, he has been going above and beyond to assist me during, and after work hours with all my ABSA related inquiries. His customer service skills, the way he communicates to a customer and goes out of his way to ensure the customer of ABSA is left happy is truly inspirational. He is a great asset to the company and would hire him myself. He is by far the best employee at ABSA that I've ever come in contact with and just proves why he's in that role.
