Rudest bank in SA ABSA

I am deeply saddened by the way I was handled by the bank. I contacted the call center and requested info on on my account closure. I told the call center agent to get the relevant department to contact me back regarding an attorney that was Contacting me about my account closure. The agent had a bad attitude and she was rude from the moment she answered the call. She then abruptly dropped the call without answering me or taking my details.
