Rude,Crude Unauthorised debits by ABSA

ABSA Vehicle finance, after financing three of my vehicles including my current two have crudely, rudely without any explanation whatsoever decided to go a debit my account on 11 December 2023. Who in their right mind debits a client who pays on the 25th on the 11th? without notice whatsoever? who is is going to be responsible for the debit order return fees? This is ********** service and you need to fix it ASAP or I am moving as a client
