Rude security guard at Absa bank, bluff branch.

Absa bank, bluff, pick n pay branch have a very rude security guard at their entrance door. He is extremely disrespectful. Apparently he works for ADT security. I will be reporting him to ADT as well. When I tried to speak to the Absa branch manager about her rude security guard she just brushed me off as overreacting and took his part. I would also like to report Absa bank, their service is pathetic! Their ATMs hardly ever work properly and they don’t have a staff member outside who customers can speak to.
