RUDE PERSON CALLS ME FROM THE REWARD DEPARTMENT!

I am a student banking with Absa. Today at 14:04pm I was on a study break when I received a call from the rewards department telling me about the new program where swiping your card will earn you 1-30% cash back. After about 5 min I started explaining that I am starting my job soon so I'll have to change accounts and maybe banks. The lady I spoke to got so upset and raised her voice at me telling me that I'm only giving her a bunch of excuses and what's my problem its only R21 rand. Before I could reply as I was really angry she cuts the call !! How rude is that??!! I still have the number she called from but I don't have her name but it was a black woman judging by the accent. The number as taken from my phone is ***1. Maybe your'll can look at phone records to determine who that was. That has spoit my mood and really upset me! ABSA do something about it !!!
