Rude Customer CareOn saturday

On Saturday 28th October I went to Absa Bank Parow Center and asked if I could draw a large amount of cash I was told abruptly to go ask the bulk teller. She was not able to help me, I again approached a white lady with blond hair to ask if she knew of any other branch that would be able to assist me I was told very rudely no one can help you and she stormed off. I will never use Absa Parow again and recommend that others also stop using this branch BTW I am white and was assisted by Absa Canal walk
