Rude consultant needs training

I was at the ABSA Branch in Umtata on Thursday morning 15/10/2015 around 10am. the queues were as long as can be but that is my usual experience in Umtata. I was at the Customer service queue and was assisted by a lady wearing spectacles. The manager was on the floor assisting clients on where to queue for their specific needs. The manager apologized for the long wait and was very pleasant. The consultant assisting me and my mother requested certain documents which we provided. Something confused her and she said \I wonder how I am going to do this?"so I said to her politely that if she is not sure about something then she should ask her manager who is on the floor. Hell broke loose as she spat insults at me saying ''Who said I didn't know what I am doing"
