Rude consultant.

I received a call today from a very rude consultant by the name of Sunita Benette. She interrupted me while i was still trying to explain to her why i am not comfortable to confirm my details over the phone and just as i was about to ask if i can't make my way to the branch and rather call her or the ***** department from the branch, she interrupted me, started shouting and then hung up. This definitely gave me more than enough reason to change banks.
