Rude consultant
I received an unpleasant call from Kgomotso who is a consultant ABSA Centurion mall, she was very rude, unpleasant and wasn't willing to hear my side of the story. I proceeded to contact the Branch and spoke to Cedrick Masela who promised to contact me with an apology from Kgomotso but i haven't received the call.
