rude consultant

i logged a complain regarding my debit date that was changed to the 15th without my concern . today i received a call Phindile Hlengwe a very rude consultants who just asked me when is my debit date and i must note that the debit will go out on the 25th and when i asked her who changed my debit to the 15 she said she doesnt know and hanged up on me . ABSA do u work with ghost that just changes debits date and do u train your consultants
