Rude confidently

I was so unimpressed with how Salome from your branch in Protea Glen was so rude to us. It was around 11: 10 and the bank was already closes which was ok. I knocked on the door to ask if any branch is open the following day as I needed to open a business account urgently. Just to check for an available brach for the following day. Lady didn't even want to know what I was saying. Just to check if what is it I needed. 2 minutes later she went out and my wife approached her to ask again and she just said ai suka and left. I was shocked! Of all the banks Absa has always been the best with service so to me this was am extreme shocker.
