Rude Call Centre Agent

My Wife called the call center to get extra information on how to apply for an ID Card. My Father-in-law lost his wallet and they wanted to get information on the procedure how to apply for a new card. The lady did give the needed information but was utterly rude. I feel people that is so rude should not work in the call center. Please address it with the call center agents. Else you might lose business.
