Rude Branch Manager at Absa Sunnieshof

I got to the Sunnieshof branch to make reversals at around 14:45 and was directed to the information desk. I, along with others, sat there till after 4 pm when I requested to speak to the manager. The manager came and shouted at me, telling me about installing the app, which I do have, saying I wouldn't be sitting in queues. If they rely so much on the app what's the point of having branches? The manager was very rude and does not understand her job. Baffling how Absa could trust such a person with their customers.
