Rude and unprofessional
I walked into Absa bank Parow centre today,i asked the first staff member i saw if they have a bulk teller and he said yes and showed me where to go to.I was fourth in line when i got there.In queue for 45 min it was my turn to be helped.Upon walking in,without greeting,the lady immediately started off VERY RUDELY with \you are suppose to stand in the other line
