Rude and inconsiderate staff.

I'm very disappointed with the service I got from ABSA Sandton city. I ordered a personalized card a week and a half go and they delivered it in a wrong branch, instead of notifying me that the card I've opened is in a different branch, I only found out when I went to check a week later that the card is in another branch (that's well out of my way) for collection. When I got to the branch I was "assisted" by a lady called Constentia or something like that and she was absolutely rude, instead of accounting for the error they made and helping with a solution she was rather very dismissive and rude. It's a long weekend and I needed that card for international traveling purposes. I obviously need to cancel that card and best believe that I've canceled ABSA as a brand coz what ****ty stuff they have.

I'm just wondering if this institution trains their staff on customer services and encourage proactivity coz what the hell..
