Rude and *********** Consultant

I was very disappointed with Absa Field Street in Durban, the Consultant(Gladness) was very rude from the minute arrived. She is very *********** and lazy, thanks to her colleague Ronnel who gladly saved the day. She selflessly got to the bottom of my problem without complaining and with a smile. Gladness please change your attitude.
