Rude and arrogant employee

I called Absa with the assistance of my Debt Busters Financial Advisor just to find out how far are they with the transfer of balance from my current account to the savings account. It was the refund from Temu. The call center agent, debt review department to be precise, was very rude unnecessarily. Despite explanation on my reasons for calling she ridiculed me, Instead of explaining how the process works. Very rude and arrogant employee. Pitty I didn’t take her name. Absa need to train the staff not to take out their frustration on clients.
