Rude, agressive, totally unhelpful service

I visited my ABSA Bank branch at Redlinghuis (Reds) on 27th October in order to deliver the necessary documents to register yet again for RICA (or FICA) as directed by many messages from ABSA by email and cell phone. I took with me a photocopy of my latest Municipal Account (Centurion) and a copy of my Identity Document which has not changed for forty years. I also submitted a short letter explaining my presentation to the branch of ABSA and the reason for the attached documents.
I was finally, after some time yet again in the queue, faced by an elderly, blond haired woman, whose name was never announced or admitted, who opened the envelope and inspected its content. She proceeded to lambast me in that she needed the original Municipal Bill (not a copy) and she refused to accept any document, telling me to go away and re-establish my application. She delivered criticism and vitriol, but provided no assistance or cooperation. I have tried now for two days to contact the Branch Manager by phone in order to obtain clarity. The branch phone does not answer.
This evening I phoned a number listed on the internet by FICA and received advice from the gentleman there. Goodbye ABSA
