Rude Absa worker

I went to the Absa branch of Kroonstad to ask for a proof of address. As usual I went to the information counter where I always in the past got a proof of address. The lady who later did not want to give me her name told me that I could not get one, I have to get it myself. I told her that Hettie, who also worker the counter in the past always gave me one. Then she rudely said that I can go to her at the teller counter. I don’t go to the bank often because I usually do online banking so I was really confused. Then I asked her so where must I then get it and only then she told me I must go to the teller machine and print one on which I said in Afrikaans she could just have told me, then she became very rude and backchatted me also in Afrikaans. I think she is a very rude person. This is the first time ever I was so mistreated in Absa bank and I think her rudeness and unwillingness to just nicely guide a person is a disgrace to Absa bank.
