Rude Absa employees

There's a person by the name of Mapule from Absa insurance that phoned me with this no + ********** 8000. She is very rude she doesn't want to listen to what I'm saying she only wants me to listen to her and not say anything and she hung up the phone on me. Please I don't want her to call me again and if she is the one handling my case please allocate it to someone else. I'm not happy with the conduct of Absa and it's employees like Mapula or Mapule. I just want my issue resolved and move on with my life.
