Rude Absa bank Manager

I have never ever seen such disgusting unapologetic behavior from a branch manager ever,

Mr George Orstazen from 2 Adderley Street, ROGGEBAAI, Cape Town was not helpful what's so ever, instead was utter rude and swore at me buy saying **** you too when i mentioned what a F***k up branch this is, the truth of the matter is that i hired out a car with Avis and there was a reserve of funds to the value of R4499 which was for Avis but now I'm on a negative R-3446.44 on my cheque account i do not understand but was told by George branch manager to take it up with Avis as Absa does not have anything to do with this matter, what's upsetting is the fact we trust in our banks because they look after our money but now after my experience at this branch I'm shocked at Absa why would you treat people this way and don't you guys not train your managers to de de-escalate complaints?

Please can i get some sort of explanation as to why I am on a negative balance, and upskill that branch Manager or you guys will loose clients.
