rude

This afternoon around 16h00 I got the phone call from *** the lady said she was calling from Absa Finance Vehicle, It was regarding my finance car. I asked her what was wrong with it cause my payment its update how can I assist her then she asked me to confirm my ID number. I ask her for what reason and she said she want to be sure that she talking to right person. I wasn't comfortable with that then she became rude and told me that since I don't want to talk to her ABSA will send me the letter regarding what she wanted to talk to me about. The way she spoke to me it was very unprofessional and if this is how AFV call centre train their staff. Its bad .
