******* Service from Absa

So, I put petrol in my car this morning, when i tried to pay - error. Go to the ATM - card not activated... On closer inspection, my card's expiry date is 11/2022. No reminders, no notifications, nothing from Absa. So I go to Absa Tygervalley. 2 Staff members for the customer services qeue. In the 40 minutes i sat in line - the same 2 people were still being served. the rest of us got up and left. Maybe this is what Absa wants?? Now i try the Online route. Request a replacment card, confirm action on my app, now the selection button isn't working. What is going on Absa?? How difficult can it be to replace an expired card???? You have lost one more client today...
