******* attitude After taking MY money
Monday morning i logged in to my bank, a decent one thankfully, after receiving an sms showing my Vehicle Finance had gone off and it was R650.00 more than every other month. So i double checked this and called Absa.

The lady i spoke with seemed nice enough and wanting to help the i get told 'Well you must read your contract'. The reason this amount had been included was for insurance. I can understand these people need to cover themselves but should there not be a message say 'Hi we are going to take more money because you haven't sent your insurance docs'? Or AT LEAST a phone call stating the same? Then i accepted this and asked her how this is going into my third year with the car. The first year i obviously sent the docs as requested, Why was this increase not implemented last year when i didn't send these docs? The answer i got was amazing - 'You got lucky'????? Surely if this 'contract' is so hectic someone can't just get lucky.

Anyway. I got told this matter will be sorted 3 days after sending the docs. It's now been 4 days since sending and i haven't had a call, email, sms or smoke signal about it? More importantly i still don't have MY money back.

Please stop *****ing.
