I was charged an extra fee of R50 and was told that I had downloaded a statement on the 11th of March 2022 of which I did not. I called in and lodged a complaint the person that rep**** me just wrote what she thought and asked me for proof of the R50 charge but closed the case anyway withour sorting it out. If I get charged any charges that cannot be accounted for I am going to close this Absa account. I cannot pay R109 and also be charged for transaction that I didnt make. I want my R50 reversed or I will take this matter further.
