Absolutely one of the most *********** bunch of people I've dealt with. 2 years ago I went into the branch withdrew all my money and asked for my account to be closed. All of a sudden I receive emails stating I owe them service fees of over a thousand Rand. I called to sort this out kept getting passed around and then eventually after a few days received a settlement letter amount I paid it the same day over 2 weeks now and I am still awaiting my paid up letter! Over 30 minutes on hold and I still have not got to speak to anyone. It's now costing me money over and above all for some idiot who couldn't do his job and close this down when I asked. I need the paid up letter asap
