Rosina Rachuene is a star
Would like to compliment Rosina Rachuene from Absa lebowakgomo branch. She is such a darling, helps her customers and always follows up.
She is the only customer services staff member that actually works.
Meanwhile there is a lady named Gloria, she does not care at all, she is super slow. Talks to her staff and makes personal calls while attending to customers.
A simple thing takes 30 minutes with her and
