Roof still leaking - > Ceiling rotting

I logged a ticket with absa insurance for damages to my roof and ceiling last year already. The assessor came out, did an assessment, the contractors came, but there was 'n problem where the repairs would cost more due to an issue the assessor didn't foresee. they were supposed to come back with a resolution and new quote or fix but they never have. <br> <br> the contractors - > to see the extent of the damage pulled out one of my fittings from my ceiling. its still hanging by a thread. <br> <br> my roof is still leaking. my ceiling looks like **** and i have electronics in my living room that might be exposed. <br> <br> now i have tried to call, sent emails etc... NO ONE IS RESPONDING OR COMING BACK TO ME. <br> <br> please call me for resolution
