Roof Repair

Bought my house 2 years ago. Due to dry and windy October some tiles were moved and damaged. I had roof leaks when it started raining. <br> Absa Contractor broke 2 tiles while he was investigating. Now there are more water ceiling damage. Absa claims I need to sort it out with contractor!!!!<br> <br> Claim no: ***<br> Now Absa Home insurance does not cover the Roof tile repair or ceiling repair.<br> WHY DO YOU PAY THESE GUYS!?!?<br> They absolutely rip you off and ***** your money.<br> I had no previous claims and they told me it is maintenance of the roof which I'm responsible for.<br> <br> DO NOT take Absa home owners insurance<br> DO NOT TAKE OR BUY ABSA HOME OWNERS INSURANCE. <br> <br> They will not fix anything at your home and give you poor reasons not to pay or fix for repairs!!???<br> <br> Absolutely disgusted with ABSA
