Rodney Phalanndwa Super agile service!!!
Excellent service from Rodney Phalanndwa from Credit Card division. The guy's sense of urgency and agile style of doing things is out of this world noting that i had engaged with 2 people prior who did not display the same qualities and were unable to assist at this speed of light. Thank you so much Sir keep up the good work and customer service orientated attitude, you actually made my day. You really are living up to the Absa values.
