Robin not assisting with bond details

<p>I need my bond details for my life insurance policy. The life insurance company send me documents to foward to absa to fill in regarding my loan details (bond). The information that is needed on the form is the amount balance on my bond, loan account etc. I sent the email with the form attached on the 23rd jan 2017 no assistance from absa. I then called ***and spoke to Robin who didn't even want to give me the email address. This is unprofessional and pathetic. Why are you not training your staff? </p>
