my company paid 1150 on my cheque account but absa decided to take 280 from that cent, when i called i spoke to Norman who was not able to explain to me why do they took my money, on the 10 March i deposites the money on my account because i wanted to pay my absa life actually i made arrangement with absa life so i deposited the money on the 10 March and they took the money on the 12 March i got the massage that said denit order was not through when i called absa life they said their system shows they got the money but when i spoke to Norman he told me i am being charged. for your error massage if it shows on your system i have called before to comolain about the massages that i get after your debit orders you still asking me to have the money on my account after you have debit already, please pay my R280 back it is for my kids and close the account when ypu done i want that to be done today. there is no bank that can ever charge someone 280 for charges never.
