****** a discount for 6 years on my home loan

I have been ****** a discount for over 6 years by this bank. I have had a home loan wit them for 6 years and they never told me that as an aspen employee i qualify for a discount on my interest rate now this is a lot of money that i could have saved. I went to the Walmer park branch and they were just useless. Surely you guys can fix it as i feel ******.
