Roadside assistance

Must say im highly frustrated with absa i direct. Without fail i pay my due but when i need assistance im given a run around. My car just stopped running and i call for assistance. Im first told my details dont exists. Then i cannot be helped snd only God knows why. Im not going to tolerate this treatment and will not hesitate to cancel my policy as
