Ripping clients off in a form of double unauthorised debits

I am so disappointed with absa personal loan, on the 26 February 2020 i was approved with a personal loan that amounts to R45000,00, which was transferred to my cheque account. But few days later realizing that i am left with R7000,00 after doing everything i was taking money for, i decided to pay the R7000,00 back into the personal loan account and the following day i called personal loan dept on *** to capitalize the amount to reduce my installment amount. Which i saw my installment was reduced to R833,17 from about nine hundred and something. On the 20th March my first installment was supposed to go off my account as expected, but to my surprise i received two personal debit messages with different amounts, then i decided to logon my online banking where i got the confirmation, personal loan debited me the amount of R833,17 and R959,99. I immediately called the personal loan dept to find out what is happening and to get them to credit me back with the amount they were not supposed to debit, then the lady i spoke to said she could not see the one amount but i should go to the branch where they can confirm that the debits and do a journal on one amount. When i got at the branch they did a debit order reversal instead of a journal which it was ok for me because at the end i got my money back though it was going to affect my account conduct. Then a week or so later i got an sms that said my account is in arrears, then i initially ignored it but i realised this is serious ,i called them monday of the 6th April to get the issue fixed, the guy that i spoke to told me he does not understand why did it debit twice but he referred it to be rectified which by the end of the week it will be up to date. Then last week i received a message again, then i called them again on the 17th April ,the lady i spoke to said the debit was loaded twice and she will cancel the debicheck which will make it debit once. And indeed i received cancellation sms, but today the 20th April i got debited R1620,34 which shocked me because it is double the installment, while i was thinking that i need to call them again, i went to my account to check and get another debit in a form of a journal for the amount of R833,17. I mean i have been calling them to get them to fix their own mistake, someone makes a mistake and you as a client you get penalised for it. I am so very much disappointed in Absa . I need this to be fixed a soon as tomorrow because the extra money debited is my children`s ,I have always recommended absa, i never thought one day i will be sitting complaining about service from absa
