********** with business acc bank charges monthly!

We have been banking with absa asof as far back in the days they were called Volkskas bank and I can confidently say that Absa has benefited alot of our business.<br> I previously got ********** with bank charges of Absa in 2012 and now that we have a new business in another town its happening again!!! I should have moved banks but for some reason one always thinks that being loyal to your bank you have been banking with for years you will receive their loyalty in return,well NO!<br> Once again I gave Absa a fair chance and phoned the business banker to ask how I can lower my banking charges and got advised to do most transactions at the atm, which I did and according to Absa's business manager I would pay less on bank charges every month if I transacted only at Atms and not inside the branch, now I am sitting with the same situation as in 2012 where I am NAILED on banking charges. <br> I then phoned the small business area manager and she assured me that she would look into this concerning matter and would give me a call with her outcome on this but this also never happened.<br> I would like to know if Absa thinks that this matter is fair regarding ALL the above mentioned? I AM NOW FED UP!!!<br>
