Firstly, how is it possible that I need to pay admin fees when I report something that you've done wrong??

Secondly, how can you tell me I've been paid an x amount when I haven't and actually got paid more than what you are saying, as I have proof from the Labour Department, SMS notification and you took more than half of what was paid in my account??

We should seriously consider suing ABSA!!! And good job with your new statements and SMS system that doesn't show all transactions on your account another way to cover your a** and to rip people off! Well done ABSA
