<p>I decided in in August to join Absa . I left my bank because I thought Absa would be able to offer me better benefits. How wrong I was . My 1st month my bank charges was R450. I went into the bank to ask how this could be and they told me it was because I was on pay as you go. I then requested a better package to which they referred me to a consultant in the branch. He completed everything for me and I was done in 15min. I was so impressed only to find out this month my bank charges was R570 . Really ! Once again I went to the branch at custome service and she couldn't help me I had to see a consultant of which the was only one at lunch time. Being month end and that being said 5 people was waiting for her. At which point my lunch was over and I requested that they call me with an answer which I would have expected the same day. Unfortunately no one called me. Absa you guys suck in regret moving my banking over to you.</p>
