Ridiculously high bank charges

I am soo dissapoited with absa bank, i went to the branch to cancel debit orders that was not suppose to debit on month end but the consultant told me he could not stop them after i called head office they told me to go to the branch, which i went again but they could not assist me after i recieved a call from absa saying my account was on minus. The charges are very ridiculously so high.
