ridiculous security questions

I seem to be failing the verification test when i contact absa. They ask questions like the color of my first car, my last primary school, my last high school ect. Who is Absa getting these questionaires from?? i phoned the credit beaurea and they said they do not generate questionaires about high schools, and color of vehicles ect!! i cannot be getting my profile blocked each time i call the bank, and be told i need to go to the branch. This is obsurd!!. Please fix this asap regards nomfundo ***
