Ridiculous monthly fees on account

Unhappy with bank charges, I opened a bundled package business account of R235 as it indicates a limited number of free services but to my surprise I’m even charge internet bank fee, another monthly account fee and unauthorized debit balance fee all amounting to +R700. That is a total rip-off for a small business. I went to the branch to request the monthly bundle fee to be reduced and was told that someone is assisting to reduce the fee but still no change has been made. I need these to be reversed please and account closed. It is too much !
