Ridiculous internet banking fees

If I could give minus stars I would. Absa already has a reputation for ridiculous fees. I barely use internet banking so why in the living hell was R323 taken for internet banking fees!! I would like that money back. Just because you fail to get your affairs in order regarding monies that get ****** by your employees and data leaking because of your employees does not mean you can take our money for ridiculous salaries for *********** people working at Absa.
